SIT can run in the background while you enjoy music, watch videos, or engage in other activities on your iOS device.
SIT Watch offers the same simplicity as the iOS app but with additional features. It measures your heart rate during workout sessions, and all recordings are conveniently accessible in Apple's Health app.
SIT Watch operates independently of your phone, eliminating the need to have it nearby during your workouts (although you will require your phone for the initial setup).
